Drum Filter Series TF
The Drum Filter's innovative design distinguishes it from traditional filtration systems. Its lightweight construction allows for easy installation on walls or ceilings. Air flows from inside the drum to the outside, passing through the entire filter surface, ensuring the air inside the filter chamber remains clean. This design prevents the buildup of an explosive atmospheres inside of the unit, eliminating the need for additional explosion protection measures. Inside the drum, rotating suction nozzles continuously remove dust and particles from the filter media. These fluid-optimized nozzles are engineered to touch the filter media, providing efficient cleaning with minimal suction air required.
For enhanced performance, the Drum Filter can be paired with a TFC combination, which includes an integrated coarse particle pre-filter disc at the air intake side. Larger particles or fibers are captured by the rotating pre-filter disc, while fine dust passes through into the drum. Both the suction nozzles inside the drum and the pre-filter disc can be powered by the same motor, maximizing efficiency.
Drum Filters are the ideal solution for energy-efficient filtration of large volumes of air with fibrous dust, making them perfect for applications involving wood, polystyrene, insulation materials, fibers and all kind of corrugation processes.
